Miniter Group has promoted Whitney Goble to Vice President of Tracking

Miniter Group today announced the promotion of Whitney Goble to Vice President of Tracking. Whitney started at Miniter 16 months ago and was responsible for overseeing call center operations and document processing for outsource tracking services. Whitney's promotion to Vice President of Tracking will give her additional responsibilities including continuous development of our Borrower-Centric Insurance Tracking operations. 

According to Jim Gilpin EVP of Operations:

"Since Whitney's arrival in late 2013, she has brought operational expertise into the tracking department that has resulted in improved efficiencies and quality in both the document processing and call center operations. This was accomplished while the department grew more than 150% during 2014. "
