Benesure took the courageous step of constructing their new systems architecture from scratch utilising 7 best-of-breed vendors, rather than purchase an integrated solution. The system covers new business, administration, compensation, accounting, claims and underwriting. At the heart of the systems strategy was the BlueSun administration system that linked to the other systems including Filenet, Aura, Thunderhead and Epicor.
