INTEGRATED Healthcare Strategies, a healthcare compensation and human resource consulting firm, announced that it will kick-off its 2013 National Healthcare Compensation Survey season beginning January 17, 2013. The firm, with offices located in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Dallas, and Palm Springs, is excited to open its first surveys of the 2013 year this month. The National Healthcare Staff Compensation Survey, co-sponsored with the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Association (ASHHRA), includes data on over 250 benchmark positions and opens on January 17, 2013. The National Nursing Compensation Survey, opening one week later on January 24, reports on more than 100 positions, special pay practices, and data reported nationally and by region.
The remaining INTEGRATED healthcare compensation surveys will open in the following months: the National Healthcare Leadership Compensation Survey (co-sponsored by ASHHRA) opens February 14th; the Medical Director Compensation Survey opens April 1st; and the Advanced Practice Clinician Survey opens July 11th.
