InterAct announces the addition of two new feature modules for Law Enforcement - Field Arrest and Civil Processing.

Today InterAct Public Safety announces the addition of two new feature modules for Law Enforcement increasing the functionality and value of the InterAct Online RMS Cloud-hosted solution. This functionality is available immediately to all InterAct Online RMS customers from any computer or mobile data terminal with an Internet connection. “InterAct’s ongoing investment in new and improved online RMS applications clearly demonstrates our commitment to bringing the flexibility and superior ROI of Cloud technology to the law enforcement community”; said Mike McGarry, GM/SVP of InterAct Online products.

InterAct Online RMS version 10.11 introduces two new application modules – Field Arrest and Civil Processing.

The Field Arrest module enables officers to capture detailed arrest information needed when transporting an arrestee to a booking facility. This information can then be electronically exported to the InterAct Online JMS booking module or to a 3rd party JMS system greatly improving the integration of RMS and JMS workflow.

The InterAct Online RMS Civil module includes enhancements which enable law enforcement agencies to track attempts to serve court papers such as summons, subpoenas and protection orders. This enhancement results in improved work flow, efficiency and traceability as users simply log into the system through any web browser.

The latest release of InterAct Online RMS also includes integration to InterAct CAD, as well as a number of customer requested enhancements within the Case Management and Officer Daily Log modules.
