IVR Technology Group today announced that BASIC HR Services, a national HR outsource service company, is using their call-tracking services to provide midsize and large market clients with state of the art Interactive Voice Response (provided by IVR Technology Group) in conjunction with Basic’s proprietary FMLA / Leave Management software and outsource FMLA administration services.
This robust service platform is one of few (if not the only system) available to Midsize / Large Market Employers (single or multiple location) with a single call in for all absences that is also a “touch less” FMLA certification and compliance program with security level access (inclusive of front line supervisor through Senior HR Management) to immediate employee call off and FMLA claims management information.
BASIC’s proprietary system upgrade allows employers the ability to view a WEB DASH BOARD to track FMLA claims and absence notifications; view calls offs and download reports. Through an employer data interface, the Absence Management call in line and the individual employee work history record is maintained / updated. The data collected from the employer and the IVR interaction (inclusive of new hires and terminated employees) provides BASIC with sufficient information to report absences, tardy, leave early, continuous/intermittent leave, unscheduled or scheduled absences, as well as fully manage the employer’s FMLA compliance program.
This service addresses the employer’s need to capture, track, and reduce employee absence, meet leave management regulatory compliance requirements, and deal with the ever increasing concern of abuse or fraud inclusive of FMLA throughout the organization, and at all levels through a simple telephone call.
