Bay Area interior designer, Kristina Wolf, recently launched a creative collaboration with the world-class sofa makers at Taylor Scott Collection that will manifest in high-quality design pieces for her clients.

The Kristina Wolf Design team and Taylor Scott Collection realized that, as two top interior decorating businesses, working together would benefit both companies. A mutual respect between the two had already led to Taylor Scott Collection working as a vendor for Oakland interior designer Kristina Wolf Design, but the pair’s new partnership will allow for more creative opportunities and custom furniture options for Kristina’s clients.

“I’m really excited to work so closely with Taylor Scott Collection,” said Kristina Wolf. “They are one of my favorite vendors and I know they’ll create beautiful furniture for me and my clients.”

Taylor Scott Collection is a custom furniture upholsterer based in Inglewood, California, which delivers a line of slipcovered and upholstered furniture full of vintage European charm. Master craftsmen and skilled upholsterers meticulously construct all of Taylor Scott Collection’s remarkable sofas, chairs, ottomans, and headboards, starting with kiln dried Northwest Alder wood and ending with an impressive selection of fabrics.

Such attention to detail has landed Taylor Scott Collection features in America’s top decorating magazines, such as Veranda Magazine, Elle Décor, and People Magazine.

Kristina Wolf and Jeff Gold, CEO of Taylor Scott Collection, recently returned from a trip to Tanzania, Africa, which was one of the first steps towards their collaboration goals.

Both business owners strongly believe that finding inspiration from outside influences is an important aspect of remaining cutting edge within design. The pair went on the journey together to hunt for new textiles, design inspiration, and adventure. What they found was all of that and more.

“Traveling abroad is an opportunity to find new materials, discover unique aesthetics, and broaden a designer’s palette,” said Kristina Wolf.“Traveling can also fundamentally alter one’s perception of beauty and inspire amazing creativity.”

After an eye-opening experience in Tanzania, Kristina is more prepared than ever to incorporate her new enthusiasm for exotic design with the quality products at Taylor Scott Collection.

This collaboration with Taylor Scott Collection will resonate well with Kristina Wolf’s overall mission to bring together artisans, tradespeople, and a wealth of experience and worldwide travel inspirations to create unique environments for her clients.
