On Oct. 18, Intermec (NYSE:IN) will host a free webinar that defines Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard requirements and helps companies strengthen security for mobile wireless retail applications. The one-hour webinar, "PCI Compliance and Wireless Mobility," begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific/12:00 p.m. Eastern and features guest speakers C. Timothy Johnson IV, global industry marketing, enterprise and mid-market for Cisco, and Brian Schulte, director of retail industry marketing for Intermec.

PCI Compliance and Wireless Mobility

    Johnson and Schulte will examine PCI and how it defines retailer requirements for protecting the privacy of its customers and any data associated with payment transaction. Companies will learn how to plan for a secure infrastructure and simplify integration with mobile wireless retail applications.
