March 30 and 31 sees Brusha and Whalen travelling to Verona, New York for the ABA/OMCA Tour Operator Summit at Turning Stone Resort. The ABA/OMCA Tour Operator Summit will feature educational seminars, business sessions, networking events and a mini-exhibit show. Tour operator members of both organizations from both sides of the border are encouraged to attend where the chicks will address travel industry professionals on how to use social media to enhance business opportunities.
The popular e-marketing strategy team heads to Niagara-on-the-Lake April 4 and 5 to speak at the Women In Leadership and Business conference, where their e-commerce driven presentation titled The Leader’s Role in Building An Effective Social Media Strategy is designed to educate today’s leading women entrepreneurs on how to embrace social media in their businesses and gain buy-in from their teams. April 7 sees Brusha head west to Calgary to present a keynote luncheon address to the Alberta Economic Developers Annual General Meeting and Conference at the Delta Kananaskis on the importance of Social Media for Economic Development.
The spring speaking roster concludes with a journey to the US to address the annual IGLTA Annual Global Convention in Fort Lauderdale the week of May 10-15 again on the significance and importance of Social Media initiatives and engagement for the tourism and travel industry professional.
