Interstate Connecting Components (ICC), a global distributor of military and commercial-grade connectors and accessories, has long been committed to continuous improvement and the application of Lean principles. The benefits to date of Lean efforts have been cycle time reduction – allowing our T’DA! ® two- day assembly on value added connector assemblies, and a dramatic expansion of our business.
