InventHelp® Client Develops Doorbell Accessory (CBA-2496)

Share Article

A South Carolina-based InventHelp client has invented the Door Bell Protector, which is being submitted to companies for review.

"Constant exposure to the rain and other bad weather kept making my doorbell malfunction," said an inventor from Greenwood, S.C. "In order to protect my doorbell from exposure to the elements, I came up with this idea."

He created a prototype for the DOOR BELL PROTECTOR to protect a doorbell from the elements. The accessory prolongs the useful life of the doorbell. The unit ensures that the doorbell remains working properly. This avoids the need to replace the doorbell as often. Furthermore, the device is designed for ease of installation.

The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
