InventHelp® Client Develops Cargo-Strap Winder (BTM-2073)

Share Article

A Maryland-based InventHelp client has invented the Easy Winder, which is being submitted to companies for review.

"Rolling up seven straps at a time hurt my hands and forearms, and took a long time," said an inventor from Edgewater, Md. "Seeing that there had to be a quicker, easier, pain-free way to roll up the straps on flat-bed trucks, I developed this idea."

He created a prototype for the EASY WINDER to neatly rewind a flat-bed trailer's cargo straps. The tool eliminates the physical stress and strain normally involved. It also saves time and effort. The unit features a lightweight, compact, easily portable design. Additionally, it is easy to operate.

The original design was submitted to the Baltimore office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
