Based in Pennsylvania, InventHelp is submitting THE GROWLER to applicable companies for their review.

"I thought that there had to be a better way for parents and caregivers to monitor the whereabouts of their children," said an inventor from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. "In order to accomplish this safely and effectively, I developed this personal security system."

He developed THE GROWLER to make it easier for parents to keep track of the whereabouts of their children. The system prevents the child from straying too far or wandering off. It also ensures that a lost or missing child can be found quickly. This is designed to enhance personal safety. It also offers added peace of mind to parents. Furthermore, the components feature an inconspicuous design.

The original design was submitted to the Toronto office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
