Anti-Infection Device Invented by InventHelp Clients (KSC-736)

InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, is submitting these Missouri clients idea, the Sani Sprayer, to applicable companies for their review.

While enrolled in a nursing school program, one of two inventors from Kansas City, Mo., anticipated frequent contact with patients’ body fluids and wondered about the most effective way to prevent infections. That’s when he asked his instructor, "What is the easiest way to prevent infection?"

The instructor replied that it was to irrigate infection reservoirs and break the infection cycle without infecting the patient. "Since nurses don’t have the time for such concentrated care and use of powerful antibiotics can ravage patients’ immune systems, the co-inventor and I decided that there needed to be a better way to perform this task," said the inventor.

They then designed the portable and easy-to-use Sani Sprayer, a device that provides a quick, efficient and safe cleansing system for healthcare, military or construction/renovation settings.

It helps prevent viral and bacterial infections (including those caused by biological weapons), which promotes peace of mind. It also eliminates the need for use of powerful antibiotics in order to benefit patients’ immune systems.

The original design was submitted to the Kansas City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
