Cloud-based staffing and recruiting agency software leader Bullhorn, today announced that specialized professional recruitment firm Investigo has selected Bullhorn's software to help drive its rapidly growing business. Headquartered in the UK, Investigo is implementing Bullhorn throughout its network of offices in London, Guildford, Reading, St Albans and Milton Keynes in support of aggressive future expansion plans.
Investigo felt the need to replace its incumbent system having achieved significant growth since the company’s inception in 2003 (with turnover anticipated to be in excess of £40m this year). After shortlisting four recommended recruitment software suppliers, the recruiter saw Bullhorn’s scalable model as the best placed to sustain its rapid growth rate.
“I first heard about Bullhorn 18 months ago from two ex-colleagues, both of whom had implemented it in their own businesses,” commented Investigo CEO, Gary Watson. “We then entered into a due diligence tendering process in which we considered a number of alternatives. We were very impressed with the continuous improving nature of Bullhorn’s Software as a Service solution, with refinements and upgrades automatically integrated on a quarterly basis without the need for us to install updates.”
Watson continued: “We also took a number of references from other industry specialists and kept on hearing good things about Bullhorn. These, combined with the platform’s cloud-based, user-friendly nature, made it the natural choice.”
Bullhorn’s UK Managing Director, Peter Linas, noted: “Investigo’s incredible success story needed to be matched with a recruitment platform that could act as a solid foundation for future market dominance. Bullhorn’s secure SaaS architecture means it can grow with Investigo, ensuring their recruiters are using the latest technologies to advance their position in the sector, saving man hours and allowing them to make more placements than ever before.”
Watson concluded: “Having made the decision to go with Bullhorn in December, we’ve set ourselves the target of a successful roll-out throughout our offices by the end of June 2011.”
Bullhorn continues to be a natural choice for fast growing staffing and recruiting firms due to the scalability of its web-based software. In the US, the company supports about one quarter of Inc 5000 staffing and recruiting agencies – more than the next several vendors combined.
Investigo is a specialist finance, change management and management consultancy recruitment group focused on primarily working with the leading blue-chip companies in London and the Home Counties. The group, which continues to win and partner with many new businesses, is achieving phenomenal year on year growth. This achievement has resulted in Investigo being ranked in The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 for the third year running (2007, 2008, 2009).
