The ideal investment banking candidate will not only hold appropriate SRO licensing for doing transactions but will have merger, acquisition and capital requisition expertise in deals ranging from $20mm to over $100mm in total value. “We are looking for someone that combines the expertise of running a full deal process with the proprietary database of relevant investors and buyers to achieve quality client outcomes,” says Nate Nead, Principal of “We are also looking for individuals with the desire to grow with us as we utilize our web properties and core technology to source, manage and close more deals,” Nead says.

Candidates seeking the company’s Managing Director position ideally will have specific sector expertise that helps fill a relevant and needed gap in the firm’s existing deal teams.
