According to Jonathan London, Founder of IPG, the company was inspired to publish the whitepaper because many companies are confused about how to use technology in their sales efforts. “Companies feel as if they will be left behind if they don’t use all the tech tools that are out there, but very few are establishing a well-conceived plan for using technology in the selling process,” London comments. “We wanted to present a reasoned, strategic approach to using technology to support the work of sales people.”
