Pragmatix, Inc. providers of managed IT services and technology consulting, today announced the expansion of its service offerings which includes a partnership with Apparent Networks to offer Pragmatix PerformanceManager™. This service provides proactive remote network assessment, monitoring and troubleshooting to its customers.

Pragmatix can now easily pre-assess their customer’s networks to reduce risk and continually monitor remotely to ensure top performance of business critical applications. The low-cost, scalable, service is easy to deploy and requires no administration.

The New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, a not-for-profit agency that coordinates a variety of events and activities for more than 450 churches in New York and adjacent states, was among the first to benefit from Pragmatix newest service.

Their IT challenges included unreliable computer systems that required frequent technical support, as well as frequent outages and interruptions. Pragmatix used PerformanceManager™ to proactively and continually monitor network performance as well as internet bandwidth to identify problems in the network and determine when more bandwidth was needed.
