The HDI Annual Conference & Expo is the world’s largest and most respected industry event for IT help desk and service and support professionals. Vernon Palango, InteQ’s ITSM Practice Manager, will be presenting a conference session on Thursday, March 18th title ‘Bridging the Gap Between Tools and Processes’ in which he will provide attendees with a method to map processes to workflow. Also taking place on Thursday, InteQ will be presenting at the HDI Launch Pad in the exhibitor hall. The topic will be an extension of Vernon’s session with the addition of how the methodology works using InfraDesk.
Just announced earlier this month and making its official debut at the HDI Conference is the InteQ SaaS Assurance Program. The InteQ SaaS Assurance Program provides IT organizations with the ability to eliminate implementation risks, validate tool capabilities and demonstrate value to the business by implementing InfraDesk ITIL SaaS Service Desk within the enterprise.
