Master Sugar Artist Ruth Rickey contacted Crooked Brook, maker of the “World’s Highest Quality Chef Jackets™” to make several custom chef coats in two styles for her. Rickey supplied her own fabric (prewashed, dried & pressed) and buttons. She has her own chef jacket pattern on file, made to her specifications which Crooked Brook has developed over time to fit her exactly the way she wants it to.

The first style was a Crooked Brook women’s chef coat style BSW104, in a solid colored cotton twill fabric, with contrasting printed fabric on the cuffs, collar, and pocket welt, two front hip tailored welt pockets, piping along the collar, cuffs, pocket welts, and down the front and custom buttons.

The second style was a Crooked Brook women’s chef coat style BSW105, with a W100 collar, in a solid colored cotton twill fabric, with contrasting printed fabric on the collar, front panel, cuffs, and pocket welts, two front hip tailored welt pockets, piping along the collar, cuffs, pocket welts and down the front and custom buttons.

Embroidery for all jackets is as follows:
