New York City, NY (PRWEB) May 19, 2007 -- Marcela Zuchovicki of Jalima Coffee was a presenter at the 2nd Annual Coffee & Tea Festival held at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City on April 28th and 29th. The presentation "The Art of Cupping & Tasting" was attended by consumers as well as those involved in the specialty coffee and tea industry. Interactive, hands-on classes that allowed the participants to learn the cupping technique used by coffee professionals to evaluate and assess the qualities of coffee from various origins and classifications were very well received and both an enjoyable and educational experience.
