Interactive, hands-on classes that allowed the participants to learn the cupping technique used by coffee professionals to evaluate and assess the qualities of coffee from various origins and classifications were very well received and both an enjoyable and educational experience.

Jalima Coffee plans to continue its outreach to consumers through exhibitions and seminars to raise awareness of not only the exceptional quality of high altitude Mexican arabica coffees, but also the important mission of social and environmental responsibility in the coffee industry.
