For somebody new to the game, training like this is exponentially beneficial for a bright future in MMA.

This highly anticipated fight was scheduled to take place at Stellar Fight 15 but due to injury, the bout was forced to be postponed. Now the fight is back and there will be fireworks.
Williams is relatively young to the sport of MMA but is quickly earning the title "Knock Out Artist". Williams made his debut in August of 2012 and since then he has spent less than a minute in the cage, total! His first fight, versus Eddie Boyce, took just 27 seconds to the win by KO and in his last bout, versus Toby Waller, it took 9 seconds to get the KO.
And now Williams wants to hear those coveted words all challengers want to hear, "And the NEW Champion..."
In preparation for this fight, Williams has been putting serious sparring rounds with area best MMA and grappling talent.
Williams' coach and pro Middle Weight champion Ron "ChoirBoy" Stallings had this to say about Williams' meteoric growth, "James, in the big picture of things, is coming along great. He picks up concepts and techniques real well. For his last fight, we really just started fine tuning his jab, and then he goes out there and executes beautifully and gets the KO. He is more than ready to take the belt. He has been sparring with me, Black phenom DJ Jackson, Aung La Nsang, James Vick from the Ultimate Fighter, and other really good heavyweights. For somebody new to the game, training like this is exponentially beneficial for a bright future in MMA."
June 15th the Stellar Fights light heavy weight belt is going home with someone.
Current Champion Guignet plans on keeping his title and new up-and-comer, Williams, on the other hand, has different plans.
