Jenna Lindsey draws readers into a world of passion, mystery and magic in her new fantasy novel, “A Precarious Journey Into Magic” (published by iUniverse).

“This is a love story between two people who are unaware that they have been waiting to meet each other,” Lindsey writes. “When they do meet, extraordinary events begin happening as the magic that exists within them is released. This creates extremely dangerous circumstances that the couple must face and overcome together.”

Set in the present day, “A Precarious Journey Into Magic” follows the adventures of Emmerson Patterson, a graphic designer who enjoys nothing more than a good story, especially fairy tales. He hopes to one day meet the woman of his dreams, but he never suspected that he would find her within the pages of a book.

Elswyth of Linadae is a beautiful woman who has been hiding for centuries in a magical book. When Emmerson finds her in a second-hand bookstore, he’s the only person who can see her. He’s immediately captivated by Elswyth’s charm and beauty, but she’s in danger – two powerful sorcerers are searching for her and the magical charm she wears. Together, Elswyth and Emmerson embark on a fantastic adventure, falling in love as they decipher ancient spells and work to outwit the villains.
