Every year the CODiE Awards honor excellence in technology and we are pleased that our solutions have been once again recognized as finalists.
Boston, MA (Vocus) March 24, 2010
Jenzabar®, Inc., a leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education, today announced that the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) has named two Jenzabar products as 2010 CODiE Award Finalists: Higher Reach by Jenzabar in the “Best Post Secondary Enterprise Solution” category and Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution (JICS) also in the “Best Post Secondary Enterprise Solution” category.
The CODiE Awards celebrate outstanding achievement and vision in the software, digital information and education technology industries, recognizing 71 categories of outstanding products and services through a unique combination of journalist and expert peer review. Nominated products underwent an intensive review by subject matter experts, analysts, journalists, and others with extensive experience in the field.
“This is the twenty-fifth year we have recognized excellence in the software, education and information industries through the CODiE Awards program,” noted Ken Wasch, President of SIIA. “In this economic climate, companies are doing even more to innovate. Jenzabar has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and quality that is reflected in their selection as a finalist for the CODiE Awards. I am pleased and proud to have them listed among the candidates, and I wish them the best in the final round of voting.”
Higher Reach by Jenzabar, formerly Jenzabar NTS, is one of the two Jenzabar products recognized in the “Best Post Secondary Enterprise Solution” category. The software is an administrative solution specifically developed to manage the unique challenges of continuing education, adult learning, degree completion, certificate and non-traditional programs. Jenzabar’s other finalist in this category, JICS, is an Internet portal that connects constituents to an institution’s database, providing a single point of access to Web-based self-service, e-learning, communications, and community building applications.
“Every year the CODiE Awards honor excellence in technology and we are pleased that our solutions have been once again recognized as finalists,” said Robert A. Maginn, Jr., Jenzabar Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “This recognition validates that Jenzabar’s technology helps higher education institutions improve productivity and connect more effectively and efficiently with constituents.”
The winners will be announced at a special CODiE Awards Dinner on May 24th, which will be held in conjunction with the 2010 Ed Tech Industry Summit.
