Colonial Consulting Managing Director to Discuss Manager Selection and Due Diligence in the Investment Process

Colonial Consulting, LLC, a leading investment advisor with a core focus on non-profits, is pleased to announce that Managing Director Michael Miller will be speaking at the 2011 JFNA Investment Institute held between February 7, 2011 and February 9, 2011. The theme for this year's conference is "Endowment & Foundation Investing: Rethinking Risk and Reward" and is designed to assist attendees in making critical investment decisions in the current economic climate.

Mr. Miller will be talking about Manager Selection and Due Diligence in the Investment Process. Colonial's highly skeptical manager selection process involves comprehensive research, evaluation, and manager monitoring by a research team of dedicated analysts and consultants. Mr. Miller will be discussing his insights about how highly selective manager evaluation and due diligence can lead to successful long term outcomes and also help investors avoid major problems.

The Investment Institute brings together Federation and Jewish community foundation lay and professional leaders, CFOs/CIOs, trustee members, major donors, and Endowment professionals to engage and learn about best practices in investment and endowment management. The conference consists of three days of educational presentations by top industry professionals and informal peer-to-peer learning and networking. It takes place in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, between February 7 and 9. Information regarding the conference can be found at the conference web site. Colonial Consulting is a premium sponsor of this year's conference.
