An exclusive collaboration of job recruiters and HR executives has come together to form Project - No More Layoffs. The newly formed organization will offer career consultations, job search training, resume writing strategies, advanced internet search tips and interview training.

"Simply put, this is an organization of people helping other people find jobs," said Zena Contreras, CEO of Project - No More Layoffs. "All of our executives have risen from the ranks to succeed in today's tough economic times. From homelessness to struggling to keep our jobs, we can truly offer real-life examples and insider tips to ensure that you succeed where others have failed."

The newly formed Project - No More Layoffs offers weekly webinars, free teleconferences, and workshops to help participants secure the best available job opportunities. The group provides "hiring" insider secrets from professionals who have been on both sides of the spectrum as well as search techniques and tips for ''getting past the gatekeepers'' and tools for finding the "hidden" jobs online.

"Typically, people pay hundreds of dollars for this type of job training, but with our exclusive webinars, participants will learn the do's and don'ts of today's job search market without breaking the bank," said Contreras.

Project - No More Layoffs has also partnered with local community agencies including StandUp For Kids and United Food Bank, in an effort to give back to the community. "In order to really help our communities succeed we will be donating a portion of all proceeds to local charities," said Contreras. "Not only must we ensure that people keep their jobs, but it is also important that the local economy prosper as well. During these trying times, local charities are really feeling the brunt of economic hardship and need help just like the rest of us."
