Our relationship with Delta Air Lines enables Delta Global Staffing to attract and retain loyal, hard-working employees - something that would otherwise be a challenge in today's economy

At a time when companies are unsure about their financial futures, the need for quality temporary staffing is even greater. Delta Global Staffing, a full service staffing firm, offers a unique perk to engage and maintain top talent and clients - worldwide travel benefits.

"Our relationship with Delta Air Lines enables Delta Global Staffing to attract and retain loyal, hard-working employees - something that would otherwise be a challenge in today's economy," says Cyril Turner, president of Delta Global Staffing. "We are the only staffing firm providing extensive flight benefits on Delta, the world's largest airline. This benefit and the Delta brand allow us to attract and retain top talent representing almost every vocation, occupation and profession. Employees and clients earn flight rewards simply by using Delta Global Staffing services."

According to the American Staffing Association, demand for temporary and contract employees increased "markedly" in August, rising to 75 in the American Staffing Association (ASA) group's Staffing index. The index, which measures demand for temporary workers among ASA firms on a 100-point scale, hit an all-time low of 69 in December 2008. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, "A sustained rebound in temporary staffing levels could bode well for the overall labor market. Temp staffing is often a leading indicator of overall employment because cautious employers are more likely to add temporary workers before hiring full-time staff following a recession."

Clients that engage Delta Global Staffing services receive travel benefits based upon their use of services. Delta Global Staffing employees receive flight benefits, as do their spouse or travel companion, dependent children and parents. Each family member receives 30 flight segments per year, 18 of which can be international. Furthermore, Delta Global Staffing works with each employee and client to find the right match for each job and skill set.

Tiffney Washington who works as a staffing recruiter and blogs about her travels for DGS, says, "Delta Global Staffing offers the perfect combination of work/play balance. All of our employees work hard in order to enjoy the travel perks. Personally, I've logged more than a million miles in the nine years I've worked here. I like to joke that I use an airplane as a car. This motivates me to do my job well and stay with the company."

"Delta Global Staffing celebrates its employees during National Staffing Employee Week and every day," says Cyril Turner, president of Delta Global Staffing. "We work together to find the best opportunities for our employees and the best employees for our clients."
