Widely considered the world’s premier professional trial organization, the American College of Trial Lawyers extends fellowship by invitation only, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

John G. Simon, 49, graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University in 1983. He earned his law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 1986 and was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He is the founding partner of The Simon Law Firm, recognized as one of the “winningest law firms” in the country.

The American College of Trial Attorneys currently has more than 5,700 Fellows across the United States and Canada. However, membership can never be more than one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. Qualified lawyers are selected from among advocates who represent plaintiffs or defendants in civil proceedings of all types as well as prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers.

Based in St. Louis, The Simon Law Firm handles catastrophic injury, mass tort, class action, intellectual property, consumer rights and commercial litigation cases nationwide. For more information, contact John Simon at 314-241-2929 or e-mail jsimon(at)simonlawpc(dot)com.
