Participation by the Community Creates Positive Change

Social co-op recruits for social good, has a history of recruiting IT and Engineering professionals since 1998; is a collaborative staffing service, enrolling people to share their contacts, and rewards participation by sharing proceeds to positively impact individuals, their family, and the community by offering to pay for artistic education.

Sharing Recruiting Proceeds to Develop "Tomorrow's Rockstars"

1)    5% of placement fee is invested in the candidates placed to be used for their artistic education.

2)    The first 100 people in 2011 who introduce executives (CEO, CIO, CFO, COO, VP of HR) to social co-op receive lifetime rewards, 5% of all proceeds generated from the introduction will be shared every year to invest in artistic education.

3)    When a person refers a friend, family, or co-worker for a job, the person initiating the introduction also receives 5% of the placement fee toward their artistic education.

People Help Build an Artistic and Socially Responsible Community

Social Co-Op will donate 5% of every placement made through its collaborative recruiting program to positively impact ArtistsPalooza, a Non-Profit Organization Based in Santa Monica, CA, whose mission is to create a collective artistic space empowering artists to express, share, and develop a cultural experience that will positively impact the community.

A World Movement

Imagine if every company in America and the world contributed 5% of their profits to develop creative minds. The new world workforce would be more efficient, productive, and inventive. People would use their imagination to create and design tomorrow's wonders and make the world a better place to work and live.

Background

Social Co-Op has built a team with more than 15 years of technical recruiting experience to support the movement "5% Sponsors Rockstars." They are passionate about enrolling people in social recruiting, developing personal relationships, and empowering people by investing in developing their creative mind. They have focused their career on technology recruiting, psychology and education. The team has worked with major corporations such as JD Powers Associates, Wells Fargo, Aramark, Disney and Fox Interactive Media/MySpace. Social Co-Op chose Santa Monica as a home base because there are many start-ups and innovation in the community.

ArtistsPalooza, a non-profit charity started in Santa Monica two years ago, has held a variety of events from musical concerts, open mics, actors showcases, art shows, independent film premiers, art gallery openings, and fashion shows. ArtistsPalooza plans to offer free classes to children this summer and host the musical acts for a free concert at the EatReal festival July 16th, and 17th in Culver City. http://www.artistspalooza.org
