Koepsell is Mirum’s former Minneapolis Director of Client Services, and takes over the role from Joyce Zincke, who will now serve as Head of Operations for Mirum U.S. As Mirum enters its third year, the agency continues to strengthen its U.S. leadership team to support its offering platforms of business transformation, experience design and commerce activation.
Since joining Mirum, Koepsell has helped cultivate closer relationships with agency clients, contributing to double-digit growth on key accounts. With an eye toward vision and culture, she has also worked to recruit and develop key Minneapolis-based thought leaders, such as the recently-announced Ben Solberg, Director of Strategy.
During her 20-year agency career, Koepsell has created marketing strategies for a variety of industries and top brands including Mirum client American Family Insurance, and Target, Ecolab, Thomson Reuters, and Johnson & Johnson.
