Strengthens position through acquisition of RLW Analytics, Inc.

Global energy and utility consulting, testing and certification firm KEMA (http://www.kema.com) today announced the acquisition of RLW Analytics, Inc. (RLW) (http://www.rlw.com). RLW is a leading provider of innovative analytical, engineering, load and market research consulting. The Sonoma, California-based firm has 50 employees in five offices covering all regions of the United States. With the acquisition, KEMA offers clients access to the largest base of global experience and expertise in customer-side energy management and policy. The assumption of RLW's business and operations by KEMA, Inc. shall commence and be effective on January 1, 2009.
