Participants move through the program in synchronous groups- or cohorts- a unique system that creates strong bonds and enhances learning because students study and grow as a cohesive unit.

"We have wonderful faculty and great content," said Taylor Carr, Director of the Ken Blanchard Executive MBA Program, "but considering the varied backgrounds of our students, some of the key learning always comes from in-class interaction. What's really powerful is going through the process of synthesizing thought and then sharing that with others."

The Ken Blanchard Executive MBA Program's next cohort begins in February and offers the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships and gain the tools and perspectives needed to successfully engage in self and organizational leadership. Dr. Blanchard and top trainers from the Blanchard Companies teach the four-day residencies, along with faculty from Grand Canyon University.

Graduates say that completing the Ken Blanchard EMBA program with the same students makes the experience richer and more powerful and results in lasting friendships and business relationships. This is reinforced by the fact that more than half of the program graduates will attend their upcoming reunion on February 26 and 27.

These busy executives are willing to take time out of their schedules to reconnect with their classmates and take part in discussions about their ongoing leadership journey because of the unique bonds formed through this program.
