"We can't become what we need to be by remaining what we are." Max Depree, Former CEO, Herman Miller
Arlington, TX (PRWEB) March 11, 2011
Isolation and and lack of Business and Personal Life Balance are now things of the past for certain Executives running or owning businesses between $5M and $250 million in annual revenues. The concept of Peer to Peer Mentoring now combines 200 to 300 years of CEO experience in one safe and highly confidential Advisory Board. Most Chief Executives could not afford the experience or caliber of the business leaders comprising these Boards, even if they could assimilate this kind of business talent on their own. These Boards help CEOs and Business Owners build profit strategies, reduce risk and liability, build personal leadership skills, and increase margin in their lives, personally and professionally.
Ken Stiles, President and CEO of Leadership On Demand, BBA, MBA, and PhD Business Communications has lectured and taught extensively in the US and Russia for Businesses and Universities. He has written texts for Advanced Marketing for University subjects and hosted his own Radio Show. His accolades are not limited to academics. In addition, he has 35 years of diverse business experience which includes the operations of startups, turnarounds and companies with $5M to $200M in annual sales. Ken Stiles will personally Chair the Christian Advisory Groups in DFW. These groups include monthly Forum Days with 16-18 CEOs in attendance, and a 90 minute personal One2One with Ken Stiles each month. Time limits allow Ken to only Chair and Facilitate three of these Life Changing Advisory Boards in DFW. Even though there are over 10,000 CEOs in DFW operating businesses of $5M or more, these first Christian Advisory Boards are limited to 16-18 Members per Board for a total of 48-54 maximum approved Memberships. Membership is for Christian Business Leaders, and by Invitation Only.
Leadership on Demand, http://www.leadershipondemand.org, in partnership with Convene Now, http://www.convenenow.com, will be conducting a Convene Discovery Day Breakfast by Invitation Only at the Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth on March 16th and 24th for Christian CEOs, Presidents, and Business Owners. The Convene Discovery Day Breakfasts held from 8 am to 11 am each morning are limited to 20 guests each day, and are designed to allow CEO’s and Presidents the opportunity to learn more about the DFW CEO Advisory Boards in an informal and intimate setting.
The DFW Advisory Boards consist of Members only, and Membership is based on a Selection Interview conducted within 30 days after the attendance of the Discovery Day Events. To inquire about invitation requirements, or for more information regarding these Events, please contact the office of Ken Stiles at ken(at)leadershipondemand(dot)org.
