VanillaSoft’s President, Ken Murray, recently sat down with the CEO of TMCnet, Rich Tehrini, to discuss a wide range of topics, including VanillaSoft’s growth, recent enhancements to their flagship product, social media, social selling and a host of other topics.

In the interview, Murray discussed the challenges of rapid growth within a company that is family centric and works diligently to maintain close relationships with its customers. The two gentleman covered social selling and social media and their impact on the lead management space. Murray stated, “Companies are still trying to find their way with social selling and social media. What you should not do is abandon what has worked for you historically in hope that social media will replace it. You need to find the balance.”
