'We are living in a world where values and conscience seem to have fallen by the wayside,' Reiners writes. 'If everyone strived to fulfill the eight spiritual needs we would be a more loving, caring society.'

Author Ken Reiners knows that organized religion and spirituality are two distinctly different concepts. Citing recent studies showing that there are a growing number of non-believers eschewing organized religion because their spiritual needs are not being met, Reiners sets out to provide them with a guide for achieving spiritual growth outside the confines of the church in his aptly titled new nonfiction, “How To Become Spiritual Without Being Religious” (published by AuthorHouse).

According to Reiners, there are eight essential spiritual needs that need to be met in order to become spiritually whole. He outlines these needs and how to meet them, sharing his own experiences as a testament to their importance and effectiveness.

Praise for “How To Become Spiritual Without Being Religious”:

“Mr. Reiners takes a controversial yet refreshing look at religion and spirituality in his new book. His take on religion is a welcomed approach to those of us turned off by traditional religion. I consider the book a must read for those seeking their own religious/spiritual path.”
