Utah Condemnation Attorney, Kevin Anderson, Joins National Network of Eminent Domain Lawyers

Utah attorney, Kevin Anderson, joins the Owners' Counsel of America, a national network of condemnation and property rights lawyers dedicated to representing landowners in eminent domain litigation.

The Owners’ Counsel of America is pleased to announce that Kevin E. Anderson of Anderson Call & Wilkerson in Salt Lake City has joined the Owners’ Counsel as the Utah member-attorney dedicated to representing property owners in eminent domain litigation. Kevin Anderson and the attorneys at Anderson Call & Wilkerson focus their practice on the areas of eminent domain, land use, business law, real estate and construction litigation on behalf of landowners and developers throughout the state of Utah.

Mr. Anderson’s eminent domain cases have involved some of the most high profile condemnation actions throughout Utah and the West. These cases have included condemnation actions to acquire land for airport runways, avigation easements, public buildings, highways, electrical power plants, substations, power lines, railroad corridors, access driveways, pipelines, and schools. Mr. Anderson has obtained several multi-million dollar judgments and settlements for his clients. Because of his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Anderson is also a highly sought after arbitrator and mediator in eminent domain, land use and other matters.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Anderson writes and lectures regularly on eminent domain, land use and real estate law. He is the author of the “Utah Eminent Domain Handbook” and the “Utah Eminent Domain Trial Manual.” Formerly, Mr. Anderson has lectured as an adjunct instructor of business law at Westminster College of Salt Lake City; an adjunct instructor of real estate law at the University of Utah; and at numerous legal seminars. He has also served as a member of the Utah State Appraiser Regulatory Board.
