Afterburner, Inc., the Atlanta-based consulting, corporate team building, and training firm, and the global authority on the Flawless Execution(SM) model featured its first U.S. Navy SEAL speaker to deliver a keynote presentation in Cancun, Mexico on Wednesday, Aug. 31 at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort. Mark “Prada” McGinnis was the U.S. Navy SEAL keynote speaker, delivering the high-impact 60-minute experiential team building presentation to Multi-Services Group International (MSGI) Corporation.

MSGI Corporation is a leading information technology and systems engineering firm that specializes in health information systems, logistics support and physical security system training services. As the U.S. Navy SEAL speaker for this event, “Prada” demonstrated why teams must have individual accountability in order to ensure that an organization survives and thrives. MSGI Corporation learned from “Prada’s” wealth of elite military training, as he explained to attendees how to incorporate the Flawless Execution(SM) process into their business practices to succeed in rapidly changing and challenging environments.

This keynote presentation, featuring a U.S Navy SEAL speaker, is the first of its kind offered by Afterburner, allowing audiences to learn how U.S. Navy SEALs trained, planned and led Flawless Execution(SM) missions around the world. “Prada” referenced real-life mission examples to explain how to leverage the Flawless Execution(SM) continual improvement process of Plan, Brief, Execute and Debrief to drive initiative, accountability, and achievement. The U.S. Navy SEAL keynote presentations are a derivative of Afterburner, Inc.’s BlackOps experiential team building program, facilitated by actual U.S. Navy SEALs, 160th SOAR and other Special Forces and Special Operations team members to train corporate teams to achieve operational excellence using the Flawless Execution(SM) process.

“Prada” is a highly-decorated U.S. Navy SEAL, and has led over 400 SEAL operations with zero mishaps. He has completed numerous deployments and operations throughout the world, including Iraq and Afghanistan. In 1996, “Prada” was selected as one of only four Marine officers in history to be awarded a transfer to the Navy SEALs. He served his country as the lead mission planner for future special operations forces for the Special Operations Command (SOCCENT), where he completed numerous deployments in support of Operations Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

“Afterburner is excited to present an additional brand of service featuring the U.S. Navy SEALs, another elite military team of professionals,” said James “Murph” Murphy, CEO and founder of Afterburner, Inc. “Our U.S. Navy SEAL speakers will deliver consistent keynote presentations that will successfully translate the techniques and skills learned from the Flawless Execution(SM) process to train corporate teams to achieve operational excellence and zero tolerance for error. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with our corporate partners to allow them to accelerate performance and execution in the workplace.”
