Kiawah Island Golf Resort today announced it is offering special meeting accommodation rates through the end of 2012. Additionally, the group sales staff will be able to offer a number of complimentary value-added enhancements to sweeten the deal, depending on the number of rooms booked and the time of year and part of the week booked. These special rates apply for meetings and conferences in both The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, its Forbes Five Star/AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel, and in its close to 500 villas and private homes.
“Not only is Kiawah Island Golf Resort offering meeting planners a seamless and worry-free meeting experience, it is also offering special rates on accommodations in both the resort’s villas and in The Sanctuary,” said Marty Couch, Kiawah’s Director of Group Sales.
Special rates on accommodations include:
- Winter (December 10, 2011 to March 12, 2012 and November 11, 2012 to December 31, 2012)
o Sanctuary accommodations start from $175 midweek and $199 weekends
o Villa accommodations start from $99.
- Spring (March 13, 2012 to May 23, 2012)
o Sanctuary accommodations start from $350 midweek and $515 weekend
o Villa accommodations start at $159 midweek and $199 weekend
- Summer (May 24, 2012 to August 25, 2012)
o Sanctuary accommodations start from $375 midweek and $525 weekend
o Villa accommodations start from $249
- Fall (August 26, 2012 to November 10, 2012)
o Sanctuary accommodations start from $345 midweek and $475 weekends
o Villa accommodations start at $149 midweek and $179 weekends
And, as mentioned, complimentary value-added enhancements such as additional accommodations based on the number booked, upgrades, food & beverage discounts, discounted or complimentary meeting space, discounts on A/V and discounts on contracted golf can be included.
