Kids ‘N’ Clay Pottery Studios (http://www.kidsnclay.com) are pleased to announce the opening of their newest location in Chandler, AZ (Phoenix Metro). The Chandler studio will hold a GALA Grand Opening this Saturday, October 14th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the The Kyrene Village Shops, at 6045 West Chandler Blvd (at Kyrene Blvd).
Sabrina Carr, the local owner and studio manager, is excited to bring Kids ‘N’ Clay to the Phoenix Metro. As a mother herself, Sabrina is vitally aware of the dramatic effect that the creative arts can play in children’s development and success in life.
“I receive great pleasure seeing kids (and big “kids” too) learn and grow by letting their imaginations and creativity blossom,” says Sabrina. Mrs. Carr has been involved in art her entire life and strongly believes in the importance of art in our daily lives.* Sabrina continues, “Now, my attention is on helping the children of our community thrive through positive educational programs. Exposure to the arts forever changes the way a child views the world around them. And, it’s important that they have fun, too.”
Kids ‘N’ Clay offers a variety of programs, including ongoing wet clay classes for kids and adults as well as special events such as Birthday Parties, Scout Parties and Quinceañeras. As part of the national expansion of the Kids ‘N’ Clay Pottery Studios system, the Chandler studio is proud to be the first location in the greater Southwest.
