The team includes KineticD founder Rob Schenkel, promoted to vice president of operations, and Lars Graefe as vice president of sales and marketing. These appointments, effective immediately, round out the company’s executive management team and continue to build upon momentum through new customers, strategic partnerships and an expanded portfolio of new and enhanced innovative solutions.

Shenkel’s promotion coincides with his recent MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business. His significant software design and web development experience drives KineticD’s continuing efforts to provide powerful web interfaces and related features that fit the changing needs of its users and ISPs. He brings extensive experience in the development of online web-based, e-commerce and database applications for technology-driven companies..
Graefe brings over 15 years experience in successful, fast-growing Internet and software companies to the KineticD team. His success in leading and driving sales, managing key enterprise accounts, building and managing channels (VAR and MSP), OEM revenue, strategic alliances, technology partnerships and developing new markets from the ground up is due to his blend of strategic thinking, detailed understanding of technology, marketing acumen and hands-on approaches.
