The Savannah Cat Shoppe, the only retail outlet in the world to sell the rare feline breed, on Tuesday announced the addition of three new kitten cubs which are available for sale and viewing for a limited time only.

The 14-week-old cubs sport fluffy coats of a variety of color tones, from rich auburn to silvery gray. Their markings reflect the distinctive breeding of the Savannah cat, a cross between an African Serval and a domesticated breed.

Savannah cats can be walked on a leash, learn how to fetch, and often enjoy playing in water. They are a uniquely loving and a one-of-a-kind family pet. They’re also the closest you can get to owning a wildcat in most states without breaking any laws.

All the cubs stem from a lineage linked to Scarlett’s Magic, the tallest domestic cat in the world, according to the Guinness Book of World Records™. Scarlett’s Magic is an example of the superior quality of Savannah cats available through breeders Kimberly and Lee Draper, owners of Bella Gattini Cattery and The Savannah Cat Shoppe, which opened recently in Corona, Calif., at the Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos.

Due to limited availability, the Savannah Cat Shoppe encourages people to act quickly to see the cubs. Visit,, or call 800-881-0006 for information. Photos courtesy of Kathrin Stucki.
