KnowledgeLake Releases Transactional Content Management Solutions for Microsoft SharePoint

KnowledgeLake Enables Information Workers to Process Transactional Business Content Using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007

SEATTLE (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) March 2, 2008 -- KnowledgeLake Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions for Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies, today announced the release of the KnowledgeLake Transactional Content Management Solutions (TCMS) for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office 2007.

KnowledgeLake TCMS is a suite of horizontal and vertical paper-to-digital solutions targeting transactional business processes that need to move from paper to ECM repositories. The first three solutions, Accounts Payable, New Accounts and Contract Management, address horizontal problems seen in public and private sectors of business.

News Image Until now transactional business solutions have been proprietary in nature, provided by legacy ECM providers and have inadequately incorporated and leveraged Microsoft products and technologies with customers Select and Enterprise Agreements. KnowledgeLake TCMS is additive to customer IT investments providing lower learning curves, lower initial and downstream ownership cost.

We are very excited about the launch of KnowledgeLake TCMS, said Ron Cameron, President of KnowledgeLake. TCMS is specifically focused on helping our customers process traditionally paper based business transactions using Microsoft SharePoint. These solutions are what our customers are demanding. They are low cost, easy to implement, and platform based. It just makes sense.

KnowledgeLakes TCMS for Accounts Payable, TCMS for Contract Management and TCMS for New Accounts is available now, with additional solutions releasing to the market over the balance of 2008 and into 2009.

KnowledgeLake products provide an out-of-the-box solution that is customizable to meet individual customer requirements. The software enables users to scan documents directly into the SharePoint document repository utilizing a familiar interface, which mirrors that of the Microsoft Office 2007 system.
