Mr. Rooter Plumber, 22, Fatal Accident, Leaves Behind Son

Violent crash takes the life of Sean O'Hara, Mr. Rooter Plumber, Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

A Mr. Rooter plumbing service technician died and his brother suffered major injuries when their truck hit a pole Sunday morning in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, according to state police.

Sean Christopher O’Hara, 22, of Beaver Falls, the passenger, died when he was ejected from the 1994 Ford Ranger just before 10:30 a.m. O’Hara worked for Mr. Rooter Plumbing, according to Bob Beall, president. Ryan David O’Hara, 19, also of Beaver Falls, was heading southbound along Benedict Lane when he lost control of the truck, police said. He was taken by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian in Oakland. According to a spokesperson for the family, his surgery went well, but no details about his present condition were released. Neither of the men were wearing a seat belt, according to investigators.

A bank account has been established for 2 year-old, Landon Christopher Stanley O’Hara, the plumbing technician’s only son.

Landon will turn 2, on July 24, 2012 without his father. The brother, Ryan, 19, was flown to UPMC with life threatening injuries. Campbell’s Funeral Home in Chippewa (Beaver Falls), PA will have details after Wednesday, June 25, 2012

The accident was violent, throwing the plumber from the Ford Ranger; the younger O’Hara survivor, was driving.
