Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) March 01, 2013
Creative Environments, an award-winning landscape and pool designer, announced the availability of its new case study highlighting how it transformed an unexciting residential outdoor space into an inspiring new retreat. The project scope involved updating front and backyard landscape designs for a Phoenix home.
The guide contains project information for Creative Environment’s customer, Jim and Barbara Champlin. It highlights all elements of the project, including the landscape contractor selection process, the creative process, the construction process and the end result.
“Although I’m sure the project has added re-sale value to our home, that wasn’t our primary goal,” said Barbara Champlin. “We wanted to create an outdoor living space that was basically an extension of the house.
“The yard is now so relaxing and has a resort-like feel,” continued Ms. Champlin. “We often spend time just sitting outside. The level of calm and relaxation in the space is amazing. It makes us feel like we are on vacation in our own backyard.”
The Champlin project took roughly one month to complete. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
“Because landscape design is a very creative and personal process, we made every attempt to understand the Champlin’s desires and requirements,” said Dan Waters, Owner of Creative Environments. “We wanted to see their vision so we could determine affordability, practicality, functionality, aesthetics and ultimately deliver a project that would make them happy.”
