Dear Garden Associates, Inc., an award-winning design/build landscaping company serving the greater Philadelphia area and New Jersey, has announced the appointment of John Kubala as operations supervisor.

“We are pleased to have John, with his more than 16 years of experience in landscaping and management, join our dynamic team. John's attention to detail allows us to enhance our dedication to designing, installing and maintaining our client's outdoor living spaces. John will also continually support our commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer service anywhere,” commented Bill Dear, founder and principal of Dear Garden Associates. “John’s primary responsibilities include client communication and project direction with our landscaping crews and product suppliers.” All employees will report directly to Mr. Kubala.

“This is truly a full-service firm that manages all aspects of the landscape design process from the initial consultation through the design and installation phase and even garden maintenance services,” said Kubala. “Others make that claim and often fall short. I am deeply impressed with the high quality work produced by Dear Garden designers and landscaping crews. And it’s amazing to see the culture of commitment here – they just do things right.”

Mr. Kubala, a Bucks County, PA, native, resides in Plumsteadville, PA, with his wife and two children.

About Dear Garden Associates:
Dear Garden Associates was founded in 2004. In 2007, the company moved to its present location in Pipersville, PA. “Today, we employ five work crews and a full administrative staff,” said Bill Dear.

“Our Bucks County studio is a center of creativity for our designers and employees. We will be adding two more acres to our perennial and shrub gardens and woodland paths this year. Our goal is to share these glorious, ever-changing display gardens with clients and visitors in the near future.”

The studio garden is home to a richly diverse collection of trees and other plantings which provide a magnificent display of color and form throughout the year. Many plants that flowered spectacularly this past summer have a final flourish with intensely colored leaves in autumn, providing a wonderful tableau. "We pay particular attention to designing landscapes with year-round interest. By giving our gardens strong structural presence, our clients enjoy their outdoor spaces during every season," added Bill Dear.
