1390 laser engraver is featured by flexible designs of the mechanical structure, control system, optical system and electrical system, which will allow certain variations in response to the different process requirements from the market.

Mechanical Structure

1. It adopts gray cast iron as its structure components to improve the stability and reliability of the moving and optical path system.

2. Ball screw-moving unit with linear guide.

3. Follow-up type upward air suction device and downward air suction device.

4. Auto-focus device of far infrared sensing type.

5. Optical path and moving parts sealed for protection.

6. Upward and downward air blowing to cool the focus lens down.

7. Optics structure of glass frame type for easy dismantling.

8. A separate design for upper and lower parts will facilitate the installation.

6. Protective air circulation with activated carbon for filtration and circulation water for cooling.

Electrical system

1. Double-side servo drive system disposed on Y axis (Cross coverage exceeds 1.3 meter).

2. A complete safety protective device will provide shield protection to places that may bring harm to human body.

3. Flow switch of turbo type can offer the control to the flow rate of the cooling water for laser tube.

4. A series of certificated electrical components are well selected to meet the safety standards of European and American markets.
