The new guest/patients hair color, hair texture and skin color are entered into the device which then automatically displays the precise laser energy settings and other parameters the nurse needs to safely and effectively remove the unwanted hair. Special information concerning any skin conditions and other information is displayed. More in depth details are also available at the finger tips of the practitioner. Laser hair removal requires a series of treatments to be effective. Information concerning the entire series of treatments is stored and can be reviewed at any time either inside or outside of the treatment room. Scrolling alerts suggests when the nurse may need to make changes in the treatment settings, spot size and other modifications. All information is automatically displayed at the proper time. New treatment information, notices and tips can be instantly sent to all providers company wide via the device. Security is very important when it comes to healthcare records and this tool is HIPAA compliant. If a staff member leaves the medical office with the device, the information clears from the screen but remains in the patients permanent electronic records because the information is not directly stored on the portable device.
