Lash Group, a leader in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of patient access and adherence services, today announced it has completed its integration with TheraCom, also a leading provider of pre- and post-commercialization support services to the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing communities. Both companies are businesses of AmerisourceBergen, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical services companies. AmerisourceBergen finalized the purchase of TheraCom in late 2011.

Going forward, clients of the two companies will leverage the combined service portfolio of market-leading patient access and adherence programs under the Lash Group brand. The TheraCom pharmacy will remain a separate entity under Lash Group to provide integrated pharmacy services and strategic wholesale solutions for Lash Group’s clients. Whether Lash Group’s customer needs are highly complex or require a more streamlined, automated approach, this enhanced set of patient support services will address the industry’s growing demands for such services, especially in light of healthcare reform and other pressures that are driving complexity and rapid change.

Services now span across four key practice areas, including reimbursement support, adherence services, co-pay and patient assistance, and integrated pharmacy and strategic wholesale services. TheraCom’s pharmacy and wholesale services operate out of Rockville and Reno (NV).
