Canadian Poker Players Win a Shot at a $10 Million First Prize in the 2006 WSOP

13 players from Canada have won TigerGaming.com and PokerInCanada.com’s $15,000 prize package for the 2006 WSOP in Las Vegas and a crack at an estimated $10,000,000 first place prize.

Limassol, Cyprus (PRWEB) July 22, 2006 -- A record 13 players from Canada have won TigerGaming.com and PokerInCanada.com’s all-expenses-paid VIP trip to Las Vegas and a crack at an estimated $10,000,000 first place prize.

Having beaten out thousands of players from around the world playing in on-line tournaments at www.tigergaming.com and www.pokerincanada.com; Canadians DUSTYDAN, PGWINNER, XSMILES, TOML88, TUFFENUF83, ZUBIAL, HHHB883, ROBTWOACE, BEASTGONE, BEKKEMA, ROYALFISH, ACESKICKED and PGAACES, will play for massive cash prizes at the 2006 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas Nevada.

As winners and V.I.P.Ps (Very Important Poker Player) the sponsoring cardrooms are paying for their $10,000 US tournament buy-in, as well as travel expenses, spending money and hotel accommodations. A total prize package worth $15,000 for each winner.

While the main poker event will consume most of winners’ attention, they will also be treated to a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, a meal that includes seventeen pound cooked lobster, one thousand dollars in spending money, jewelry and more, all as part of their prize package.

Starting July 28nd the thirteen winners from Canada will face off against the top Texas Hold’em poker players in the world and could ultimately be playing for an estimated ten million dollars at the final table. Their goal is to finish in the top ten percent but of course they can’t help but dream about the big prize.
