Following the successful launch of PompanoFun.com, another South Florida travel and business guide launched this week, this time for Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The new LauderdaleByTheSeaGuide.com provides visitors and local residents with fun things to do in the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea (LBTS) area. The website was created in partnership with the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Chamber of Commerce and already has information about more than 250 businesses.
LauderdaleByTheSeaGuide.com’s listings cover the area’s restaurants, boating and fishing charters, upcoming events, shopping, hotels, resorts and motels, water sports, scuba diving, snorkeling and jet ski rentals, as well as real estate agents and other professional and medical services.
“Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a quaint, yet thriving tourist town,” said South Florida Chamber Maps President Jeff Levine. “Visitors and local residents alike will now be able to easily find the best the area has to offer. “
LBTSGuide.com, which is mobile-friendly, has a few other useful tools for visitors to the site, including the ability to easily find and save coupons and special offers and browse an interactive map. The site is a companion tool to the LBTS Chamber Visitor’s Guide print publication and the LBTS Chamber Discount Card, which is placed on the key chains of all guests at participating hotels, and is distributed to local residents.
Business owners who wish to add content or listings to PompanoFun.com can contact jeff(at)SouthFloridaChamberMaps(dot)com.
“We’re also launching a presence on a few social media channels to further engage with our audience,” said Levine. “A Facebook and Google+ page are in the works.”
In addition to LauderdaleByTheSeaGuide.com and PompanoFun.com, a third South Florida travel and business website is planned for Deerfield Beach with an expected launch date in December.
