Lawrence OLeary, Ph.D., a professional job interviewing specialist, reveals that an estimated 76-95 percent of Fortune 1000 organizations use the same job interview format. In “5 Steps to Take before Your Next Job Interview” (published by iUniverse), OLeary combines his findings with his decades of experience in creating and conducting these interviews to help readers get the job. The author is launching a marketing campaign to expand the book’s reach.

OLeary explains the book is designed “to give every person anticipating an upcoming job interview both the awareness and confidence to [maximize her performance in that interview.”

To help readers make the best of their job interview, OLeary presents a five-step action plan. The five steps are based off of the job interview format and the author’s years of experience. In addition, there is an entire chapter dedicated to helping veterans with their specific challenges they may face in the job market.

OLeary adds, “After completing the book the reader will walk away maximally informed and prepared to do her best in her upcoming job interview.”
